i have had this workout for a long time. When i first got it, i decided i wasn't a big fan and put it away. for whatever reason i decided to pull them out and do it for todays workout. I LOVED IT! i did the full throtle one. i focused on not being so tense so the movements didn't feel as awkward. with the twisting motions i limited my range and really focused on tigthening my abs. this allowed less stress on my back and my abs were screaming for mercy}( i'm definately going to be sore tomorrow. my arms are still crying from the workout. just wanted to share
