I have a lot of T-tapp tapes (named after the founding instructor, Teresa Tapp). The moves are all pretty traditional ones but you focus on KLT (keeping the knee-to-little-to at rights angles). Ddifficult to explain but this means that you work both insertions of the muscle - it's a very effective work-out and does work.
As stated above, beware of the "many inches lost" claim - of course this depends on how many places you measure ! But it really is possible to lose an inch from your waist in, say, 1-2 weeks. They are very intense exercises and form is super critical.
It's a whole system which includes a very effective Cellulite Removal Technique (or CRT) where you basically brush your skin a certain way to encourage detox and discourage/reduce/get rid of cellulite, supplemented with a premium blend of Alphapha. Having used a brush/loofah anyway for this specific purpose in the past when I used to model, I can testify that it does work !
As with every program, diet is still important. You can work out till the cows come home and not lose an inch if you're not eating clean. What has always worked for me is to watch my intake of simple sugars and to never have carbs after about 5 in the evening. This is what I followed when I modelled and IT WORKS !!
