When doing the T-bar rows, is the weight I should mark down in my journal the entire weight of the barbell, or just what I have loaded at the "business end", if that makes sense.
Hi Susan, I've always just counted the plate weight when logging in my workouts. I've found it easier and quicker on the brain. For me it's really a number that's irrelevant other than a reference for my next workout and what weight I used previously for that exercise. Hope that helps.
