I just noticed after working out yesterday I felt a lump on the back of my hamstring..I probably pulled it. It doesn't hurt really just feels like pressure and it's tender..I've been putting ice on it the swelling seems to have gone down. This might be a stupid question but is there any light excersises I can do of Cathes or should I just lay off of it..Anyone have somthing similar?
