Switching rotation a bit

Is anyone else changing rotation some? I work as a nurse 12 hour shift 3 days a week on a rotating every other weekend. This means iWork 2 twelves in a row then have 2 days off then work 2 then off 3 etc. I have been feeling some serious soreness after the work outs. Today for me is hard strikes , then tomorrow is the all out legs. I just did the cardio leg blast yesterday, but was thinking of doing the legs today and then tomorrow hard strikes with bi's &tri's as I work Sat and sun this week. I just don't want my legs so sore I can't work. I am on my feet for most of that 12 hours and sometimes 12 becomes 14 or more. What do you guys think?

I'm doing the 90 rotation, but I am also switching things up. I work 10 hour days M-F, so the 81 minute Legs workout is always moved to Saturday. I also move the Bonus Core workouts to whatever day keeps my workout at an hour rather than going way under or way over an hour. Plus, I didn't want to wait 4 weeks to do Tabatacise and Supercuts. I'm in week 2 and I swapped them with All Out Hiit and Hard Strikes this week.

I don't think it hurts anything. As long as it works for you then mix it up however works best for your schedule.

I'm also doing the 90 day rotation. Glad to see I'm not the only one switching. I did a couple of the new workouts when I first got them, just cause I could not wait. So far I love everything I've tried! I think I'm addicted to cathe workouts. I do not even touch my others anymore..to easy. Cathe keeps my challenged but not to the point of quitting:D

I'm the same way! I have hundreds of other workout DVDs by other trainers and I LOVE their workouts. I truly do--and then I discovered Cathe workouts. I don't even look at the other DVDs anymore. They are collecting dust. I am so addicted to Cathe's workouts I don't want to do anything else. Of course, I won't get rid of the other workouts. I expect that one day I will go back and do them again--but at this point, I have no interest.

I always have to switch it

I also work 12 hour days so following a rotation is pretty much impossible for me. I get up on days I work 12s at 5am. This leaves me only 20-30 min to workout. So I usually have to find a workout that is either that short, or has a timesaver premix. There is no way to fit it in my day otherwise. I love that these workouts do have a lot of timesaver options. I know that Im not getting the full benefit, but at least Im getting something in.

I work 12 hour nights and days and get frustrated when I cant follow a rotation. I am of the same mindset, at least I can get something in. :).
