Hi Ladies!
I am 21 weeks pregnant with dd #2 and still work out on a daily basis. Although I've always been one to sweat pretty quickly, my clothes are absolutely soaked at the end of the 45-minute workout! How much is too much? Also, do any of you monitor your body temperature whiel working out? Now that I'm past trimester 1, I'm not as worried about high temps, but I obviously dont want to do any harm to my dd. With all of you serious athletes out there, what are your thoughts? What are your rules of thumb, etc?
