You remembered my birthday and I forgot yours which was the 19th! Happy belated birthday to you and please forgive me! I knew I was forgetting SOMETHING, something important, but I guess the nature of having no memory is being unable to recall the missing information! LOL! I hope it was splendiferous. You made my day and it has been such fun to sit and talk to everyone. I didn't realize how I missed you wonderful kids and that means I am way too busy and have to nip that in the bud. It was Diane's post saying it was nice that someone remembered that triggered my memory and it WAS so very nice and a day apart you would think I could remember to send those wishes right back at you!

Thanks so much, Bobbi and Debbie! I had a wonderful birthday. My parents are visiting for the holidays (which, of course, includes my birthday) and we all went to Colonial Williamsburg to walk around and look at all the pretty decorations. A friend of mine had my 9-yr-old son over the day before to play with her son and they all made me a chocolate cheesecake which was the nicest surprise! My mom knitted me a beautiful scarf and I got books and jewelry from family and friends and I'm waiting for my leather jacket from my husband to arrrive from Overstock.com. My husband also gave me A&E's "Pride and Prejudice" on DVD so I got to drool over Mr. Darcy some last night.

I hear ya on the memory issue, Bobbi so don't feel bad. I'll probably forget yours next year and you'll remember mine. I have two birthday goals this year, but I'll let myself off the hook if I only reach one. One is to get my head, chest and abs straight down my legs in a standing forward bend and the other is to do a pull-up. I still don't have a pull-up bar so I'm going to concentrate on the forward bend first.

Thanks again you guys! You're great! I hope you keep posting, Bobbi. Remember, the more you post here, the smarter you become!

Hey Bobbi!

You've already helped to make the world a better place by posting! You are too sweet. We really do miss you around here. I am saying extra prayers for that stubborn foot of yours. I can sooo relate. I just came off an 11-month injury and it seemed like it would take forever. I still have to be very careful but it sure feels good to do what we love to do, eh? Okay, I need to proof-read this before I post it for any spelling errors. Wish me luuuck!
