Survivor---spoilers!!!!

I watched it, and was glad that Dreamz didn't win! I didn't have a problem with Earl. It seemed as if Earl and Yau controlled the game, and he had to vote out Yau, when Dreamz didn't honor his promise. ;(

We watched it up until the part where the jury gets to ask their questions, but I don't mind a spoiler.;) I really wanted Yau to win too. We're going to watch the rest of it tonight.

I Tivo-d it last night and will watch it soon. This was the worst year imo, I just had a hard time getting interested in these people at all. Yauman emerged early as someone with some brains and common sense, but no one else tripped my trigger on this one. I am glad Earl won if Yauman didn't, and it is so hard for the "nice" people to get past the final four, being the threats that they are, but I liked Earl well enough also.

We love Survivor and also wanted Yau-man to win! We were so disappointed in Dreamz that he didn't honor what he said he would do. Earl was our next pick soo I am glad he got it after Yau-man was gone. Cool that it's going to be in China next season!

I can't believe Dreamz went back on his word. What chance in heck did he think he would have in front of the jury to win the million dollars? He made that pledge in front of all America. How can he look himself in the mirror after that? I mean, who would even hire him in the real world, knowing how untrustworthy he is?

I know it's only a game. But that was low. But he got his big fancy truck and I guess he's happy.

P.S. Yau Man showed incredible humanity by not being bitter. And of the three left, Earl was the only clear choice.

I wanted either Yau-Man or Earl to win from the beginning so I was happy with either one. How did Casandra ever make it to the final three? She was useless in my opinion. All she ever said was "yeah" and "mm-hmm". She didn't deserve to be in that spot at all. I am really happy with Earl winning but I really would have liked it to be Yau-Man. He was a lot older, really skinny, and small and yet he won lots of physical challenges and was an awesome player. That shows that just because someone is older and doesn't look in good shape doesn't mean they aren't. GO Yau-Man!!!

The only bit of Survivor I watched this season was about 15 minutes last night, from when the final three were hanging on the bar for their final challenge, to when Yau Man was voted out, then about 2 minutes of Yau Man questioning Dreamz in the final jury session. Even though I wasn't up on the season, I wanted Yau Man to win the challenge (I was rooting for the older guy!), and it seemed pretty nasty that Dreamz went back on his word, especially since he got a truck/car from Yau Man in exchange for something he didn't follow through on.

When did the show change from having the final three go in front of the jury rather than the last 2? (I haven't watched Survivor for the last 2-3 seasons).

Ya know Kathryn I think ( but couln't swear to it) that the final 3 was a new thing this year. Made it a little more interesting. Although I knew that Cassandra didn't have a snowball's chance of winning. For that matter neither did Dreamz after what he did LOL!!

Yauman was just such a neat guy. Not your typical survivor finalist and I just wanted to see him win.

Actually, they did the final three thing last season too. Yul won against Ozzie and some girl (can't remember her name.) Dreamz should have appealled to Yau and Earl to vote against Cassandra. It was only because of Dreamz that those two knew about Mookie/Alex having the idol and being able to foil the horsemen. Dreamz could have also stated he really didn't have a chance when up against the jury with the horsemen being an automatic 3 votes against him.

Stupid, Stupid, Stupid!

It used to be that the 2nd place winner got $100,000. Does anyone know what the 2 runner's up get now that it's down to 3 finalists?

I don't understand why Dreamz didn't at least offer to give the car back to Yau since he didn't follow thru on the agreement. And after all his talk about honor/setting a good example to kids and he renegs on his deal anyway. What a rat!

I wanted Yau to win too. I don't blame Earl for voting off Yau because he had to get rid of his biggest rival or he didn't have a chance with the jury. Out of all the rest besides Yau he deserved to win. He did play the game well. He was a smart player.

If Dreamz would have given Yau immunity, he would have been known as the dumbest ever to be on that show. They all play each other the best player wins. At least Dreamz was honest about lying.... :) Yau was too sure of himself, and that back-fired on him.

I don't know why people are so surprised that Dreamz went back on his word; he had already turned on the Four Horsemen (as they liked to be called) so I totally expected it.

Like a lot of other people I wanted Yau Man to win too, but he made a big mistake trusting someone that had already proven they couldn't be trusted.

Dreamz is one of those homeless guys that have the “I’ll work for food” signs on a busy intersection, and makes about $30.000 a year tax free. Don’t ever ask them to actually work for food! He cons people out of money all the time. He was a natural for that show. You did see how he could draw up some tears for his big decision, when he had his mind made up a long time ago, not to give Yau immunity....
I've arrested many like Dreamz, and about died laughing when Yau offered the Truck for immunity, I until that point thought Yua was really smart.
