Supporting Leg soreness with PLB

When I'm doing the side leg lifts with the stability for PLB, my supporting leg gets tired too. I've looked at my form, etc and it seems to be fine. Is that normal?

Thanks,
Wendy

I'm not Cathe, but I can tell you that the supporting leg soreness is very normal. Your supporting leg muscles are working to support and stabalize your body. It is even more pronounced because you are working on a stability ball where even more balance and support is needed. It is quite normal.

My suppoprting leg gets so sore that I end up doing the other side on the floor instead of the ball. I keep meaning to alternate starting sides so they get "even", but so far, I keep forgetting about it! Hopefully, one day I'll be able to do them all with the stability ball.
