supplements

I am not a big believer in supplements so maybe I shouldn't respond! But I do take a probiotic every day and a B12 since I am veg. I just read an article in the Sun NYT by an MD saying if you take anything make it a probiotic. I am sure others will have suggestions but overall supplements make me feel sick. I don't seems able to digest them.
 
I try and take a daily multivitamin with iron but do not always remember or feel like it. It can be hit and miss. Not too bothered though as I am robust and dont get colds often. Just stress and headaches.

multivitamin (Dr. Fuhrman's, which DOESN't contain ingredients that studies suggest could be harmful (like vitamin A/beta carotene, which can increase cancer risk if taken in supplement form and folic acid--ditto)
D (in winter)

I prefer to use whole foods as supplements (like chlorella, maca, chia seeds, etc.).
