Hi! Cathe, I know you must read this so many times a day but I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making such fabulous work out videos. I am a 33 year old mother of 2 and have never felt better in all my life. You are truly a role model. My question is(forgive me if it has already been asked). Do you believe in taking any supplements? I am currently taking Glutemine and a multi-vitamin and was wondering if I am truly getting any type of benefit from it. It is in pill form and I usually take it right after my workout. I do follow your rotations faithfully and try to eat clean most of the time I do but were only human right? I am currently doing the August 2004 rotation and plan to do all the leg rotations that you have posted in the past. (Legs are obviously my problem area).
