Hi Cathe! I just want to say that you have a great website and so much info that I could spend days reading. Thank you for providing that. I would like to know if you have achieved your fitness results with just exercise and nutrition, or do you use any specific supplementation? I am really looking to make a noticeable difference in the area of muscle definition. I have been doing cardio and using weights and pushing to go heavy to make those muscles work, but results seem so slow in coming. I have also been looking into Bill Phillips Body for Life Challenge and the results they get in 12 weeks are phenominal, but they use heavy supplemention that is quite spendy. Two of the most used are creatine and protein. I'm not afraid to work hard and push myself to get the results I want, but what can I expect without supplements, or at the very least, extra protein? Do you have any suggestions?
