This was the first workout that I did.Mostly b/c I went for a run yesterday before i got my videos so I wanted to do some weight workout.
The music is awesome.It is a totally different layout,which makes it mor fun.I don't know if anyone else is like this, but I never preview a workout before i do it.I just don't have the time so I would rather jump right in And b/c of this I think I found that she moves really quickly in the workout.You gonna stay on your toes.
I also didn't find it AS challenging as some of her other videos, but in all fairness do we really what these wourkouts to get hearder? She also uses the ball ALOT in this one and I need a new ball,so I had to do the workouts on the floor or on my step,which I am postive that it took away from the intensity of the workout.
Now I diffently have to go buy a new ball today.
