After I looked at this pictures, I returned the 'unscheduled' snack of a whole advocado back into the refrigerator.

You guys are such an inspiration!!!!! As an ecto (5 ft10)I am having a hard time to make my muscles show. I have lost two pounds of fat so far and the definition between my delts and biceps is visible now. I am working on six more pounds of fat - thanks for keeping me in line.
