I have almost Cathe's workouts except for a few and love them all. I was wondering for those of you that have this dvd how do you like it?
I went to collage video trying to watch a clip but they don't carry that one. It looks like it would be a great workout with the stability ball. I would love to hear your opinions on this workout.

I actually like both of these workouts. They are a bit shorter than Cathe's other total body workouts but when you're short on time, they are still very effective. She does a lot of exercises on the ball. In Supersets, there is a killer concentration curl set that seems like it goes on forever. There is very little ab work in Push/Pull, just reverse crunches. Supersets has a better ab segment but not as hard as Muscle Max. They also have a lot of different moves that aren't on Cathe's other workouts like the inverted shoulder press and the preacher curls on the ball. I really like the music on both these workouts and there are lots of great premixes. I would suggest you watch the video clips on this site to give you a better idea.

I really like this DVD. I usually use the premix options, which are great. You should check this website's clip of the workouts.

I like these too. I use the premixes more often. Last week I did 3 sets of upper body from Push and Pull, and today I did the Upper Body Blast from Supersets. Those concentration curls do me in everytime, and I did TWO sets today...oh my. The music is good too.:)
