Morning all. What's the plans for today?
I hope I have time to eat today. This weekend I have 1 million things to do, with two kids. I have to get them ready for back-to-school. I must have the back-to-school-blues. :7 Also I have to get the repair man to come to my house again. So this weekend I have to watch what I eat b/c I'm stressed.
My w/o today Rhythmic Step 1 hour
B- egg whites
S- yogurt and wheat germ
L- ?? (salad from McDonald's)
S- popcorn
d- ??
Fluids= 60-70 oz
I'm going to start to drink herbal tea at night maybe this will help me to not eat after 7 p.m.
Also I found another chat group that swaps recipes
