SUNDAY workouts 4/18

Hello everyone

I had a mix today, focusing on lower body. I started out with KPC abs just to get it out of my way, then proceeded with L&G up until the ankle weights part. It was followed by PH squats. I did cardio last -- 20 min on the stairmaster doing intervals.

I don't usually workout on sundays, but I did ride my stationary bike 30 minutes then I rode my 10 speed 15 minutes, had to cut that one short because it was so windy, I will ride some more later and do ABS....... Rhonda :7
 
Hi Mari...I do like those KPC abs. I did a 10 mile trail run today. Wet and rainy and cold! Yes, I am whining...:)...might squeeze in some upper body this afternoon. I did L&G yesterday...I really enjoyed it.....:)..Carole
 
Sunday is my day of rest, I went to church, came home, and laid in the sun for almost an hour and half. Felt good hope to do the same tomorrow, insert workout instead of church and also I have to school the boys but hopefully with a nice day looming they will work fast.

I did Power Circuits...boy do I LOVE this workout.:p I had fogotten how tough this one is.
 
I did S&H biceps and triceps with my DH today. It was his first time doing a Cathe w/o and he did all of it other than the tricep dips. Hopefully, I can get him to continue working out with me.
