Good Morning
Yesterday was my rest day I needed it my legs are still fried! Today is 4DS KIck box and upper body/ CM #2.

Good workout, Randi! You tiring of 4 DS yet?

I felt so much better this morning! So glad I took yesterday off from workouts, and last night off from work.

I really felt up to trying something, and since I missed Legs yesterday, pulled out a little less strenuous, Tony Horton: Power Half Hour Thigh Burner. It's 30 minutes of circuit style leg work. No weights, but functional squats and kicks,etc. I felt pretty dang good after that, so I added on S&H Shoulders.

Just got done working out. THe 4ds kickbox plus upperbody was 103 min plus i did cm#2. Didn't think i was going to finish I did now my arms are shaking and feel like jello!!
Chris I'm mixing 4DS and gym styles I'm lovin the results!! But once a week a do a 4DS premix. Glad you feel better!

Hi ladies!!

Today's workout was Muscle Max. Boy that one is tough. I always forget how tough until I am into it. Those abs yikes!!!
