Good morning everyone

I'm definitely taking an advantage on having more time on the weekends....

Started out with an hour of different no or low impact cardios, then
BOOTCAMP! I feel just so very good and accomplished right now. Gotta love those endorphins!:)

I did Cardio & Weights today, and went heavy heavy heavy!! I love the music in this one, and the ab section at the end!!

Good morning too! I did PS Legs and even increased my Squat weight to 60 lbs!!! I even impressed myself..:)...the PS Triceps and Back before a 10 mile trail run without any Achilles pain. I am so thankful about that...:)...Carole
 
todAy was powerbar training upper body and floor lower from timesaver 5.timesaver mix of low -high intensity drills.
 
I rested....I told myself on lap 4 around the lake yesterday that if I did two more laps I would rest today...woo hoo!
