I'm definitely taking an advantage on having more time on the weekends....
Started out with an hour of different no or low impact cardios, then
BOOTCAMP! I feel just so very good and accomplished right now. Gotta love those endorphins!
Good morning too! I did PS Legs and even increased my Squat weight to 60 lbs!!! I even impressed myself.....the PS Triceps and Back before a 10 mile trail run without any Achilles pain. I am so thankful about that......Carole
