Good morning.It is 11:29 AM in my country and I have done JPC.I have to do a rest day. I have not taken a rest day in two weeks.Maybe tomorrow I will take it and I will do 20 minutes of pilates and a walk.Enjoy the rest of the weekend.:)
 
Good Morning Stayfit, Do you mean KPC? - I know that one is really good for kicking my butt!:)

I haven't decided yet what I am going to do today - I too seldom take a rest day and my husband and I are working on lanscaping some areas of our yard so I think today may count as a rest day(at least in the traditional sense;-) ). But, I really need to work my abs so maybe I'll squeeze in an ab workout later today. Besides, the Chicago Bears and the Cubs play today and NOTHING will pull me away from the TV while those two games are on!:)

I did KPC yesterday....it did kick my butt!! Rest days are really good for you....although I rarely practice what I preach!

Wendy...a HUGE Cub fan for years....and really miss Harry...:)...although a diehard football lover too. I think the Vikings might be a bit much for the Bears...but I always enjoy a football rival game...:)

I did an 11 mile run with friends today and no pain in my thigh...:7 ....have a great day ladies...Carole
 
Hello gang

We've just got back from my daughter soccer game. They lost :-( 2-1 but my kid scored the only goal, and that's good.
I did 40 min Nordictrack before we left @ lactic treshold pace, hr was on the mid-high 160's and 180 at the end and it was followed by LL abs.

Well, I caved...ordered the Body Blast series...yikes, is my cc burning! I have the Timesaver dvd and really like the routines I've done so far.

But I did Kathy Smith's Weightloss Workout...that's a golden oldie. Love the music.
 
Good evening Ladies...hope you had a great weekend. The weather here in Maryland has been fantastic...which means it won't last long! LOL

Today I did Supersets...I love this workout! Funny, the first time I tried it I hated it...didn't go near it for months...now I think it's fab.

Then I did Kicked Up Step twice...just for fun!

Stayfit, you're a Fitness Goddess! However, you DO need a rest day at least once a year! LOL
