Yes, as somebody noted yesterday, everybody does really seem to tweak up their workouts in the weekend!
I was thinking of the Gauntlet too, but decided last minute to do an interval workout, so I did Gin Miller's Intense Moves. It was really nice for a change (haven't done anything except Cathe for a long time!). And of course it's really nice to get back to Cathe after...

Afterwards I felt like my muscles were asking for some workload, so I did Supersets, which was just perfect in that it wasn't too challenging after yesterday's heavy cardio. I really like Supersets in that it challenges muscles in a different way from a lot of the other workouts, so I feel very refreshed after even just one set, and it doesn't tire me too much.
