Good afternoon Stayfit, your workouts are amazing; Gauntlet AND kickboxing! Didn't you say you just found Cathe some time ago? That's really amazing. But then again, Cathe workouts ARE amazing...

Yes, as somebody noted yesterday, everybody does really seem to tweak up their workouts in the weekend!

I was thinking of the Gauntlet too, but decided last minute to do an interval workout, so I did Gin Miller's Intense Moves. It was really nice for a change (haven't done anything except Cathe for a long time!). And of course it's really nice to get back to Cathe after...;) Afterwards I felt like my muscles were asking for some workload, so I did Supersets, which was just perfect in that it wasn't too challenging after yesterday's heavy cardio. I really like Supersets in that it challenges muscles in a different way from a lot of the other workouts, so I feel very refreshed after even just one set, and it doesn't tire me too much.

Anyway, enough blabber, hope everyone enjoys their Sunday!

Yes I have discovered cathe in the end of Spring.I allways saw messages and previwers about cathe friedrich in videofitness.I wrote her name in geoogle and I discovered this page, I saw the videoclips and I am hocked to cathe since at that time.I have the Ginn Miller's intense moves too and it is not a cathe workout but it is really hard to do especially if you choose to do the hardest option of each interval.I do not like to much the Gin humour but it is a great workout.

Good morning ladies...yes everyone does seem to kick it up on the weekends. I think Mondays are my busiest workout day!

Maria I just did SS friday after about 6 months. For some reason I really felt those supermans on the ball in my lower back....I really enjoyed that workout.

Yesterday I never did Yoga but did some P90X stretching and about a 10 mile Mountain bike ride with friends. I did have a little spill on my bike but not at all serious. 1st time I have ridden in about 2 years! Today I am doing Cathes ab marathon and a 16 mile trail run....then I will relax and watch a little Football....enjoy the day....:)...Carole
 
Good morning, everyone,

This morning I got up at 5am, to try to stay consistent with teaching my body to get up at that time, and did an old Yogazone tape that I haven't done in a veeeeeeeeeeery long time. It felt terrific! I'm looking forward to Cathe's Stretch Max, so I can use that on Sunday mornings.

It sounds like everyone enjoys their Sunday workouts as much as I do:). I got the cardio workout I've been craving all week this morning. I mixed up a bunch of step from CardioHits picking the most intense chapters from StepWorks and PowerMax. I stepped for about 70 minutes cooled off and stretched with Cathe then finished with 20 minutes yoga spinal twists and lowback hamstring asanas. I slept 9 hours last night (6 is usually a 'good' night) and I feel AWESOME!!!!

It's a grey and drizzly day here today, a good hearty soup or stew kind of day so I'll throw something in the slow cooker and putter inside.
Carole, glad your tumble wasn't serious. Bike riding is such a great way to cross train, besides my step my bike is my favourite toy!!

Carole-glad to hear you didn't hurt yourself.

Mariángeles-I began my addiction to Cathe in the spring too and rarely do anything else ( I figure I will just Cut and Paste your name since I can't seem to type it correctly:) )

I was planning on doing Gauntlet this morning but we didn't get home from the wedding till midnight and I slept in until 9-I usually get up around 7 to workout on weekends(and I didn't even drink!). Anyway, I figure I need to feel 100% when I take on the Gauntlet for the first time-So maybe tonight.

Well, its another day of football here -My DH plays at 12 and 2 (in two different towns in 2 different leagues-he's such a big kid!)so I am going to have to listen to the Bears on the radio in between his games.

Evening ladies,

Had a workout planned, but didn't do it.

Did take Rover out on his 45min. morning walk at 7AM. Then again for our 1 hour Sunday afternoon family walk with Rover just before dinner (about the only time in the week we get to spend together without any interruptions or distractions). Must count for something, right?

Enjoy whatever is left of your Sunday (depending on where you live):)

I went with a light cardio today- Body fusion. Been a bit tired lately so I think I need to kick it down a notch. I find this really hard to do though. I love the intensity and miss it- but I am listening to my body for now.

Good afternoon. Yesterday, I went to visit my cousin that I hadnt really seen much of for at least 10 years. We have found that we are such similar creatures. I am so glad that I made the effort to contact her and get together.

As for my workout, today I did 30 minutes of Ab hits (i love abs), a homemade full body weight workout, and KP&C (without any more abs).

Only did 14 miles....as my running buddy had some knee problems at 10...I did the last 4 alone and it had started to pour at that time...we do need the rain...workouts sound good...:)
