Summer Fitness Challenge April 25-May 1

Hello everyone:

Yes Diana CO is so nice. I found everyone so healthy out there too. Love the Rockies. We've spent lots of vacations out in the Rockies.

I did CW tonight I haven't done it in ages. Its a fun workout and great music.

Bonjour!
My hello sounds more energetic then I relly am. I got off of work at 8 and slept until 1:45! And when I woke up , I woke up with the flu.I feel so lazy and its as if i have to slits for eyes.
I managed to get a run in though. I only did 40 min,then abs and it was time to cme back to work again.My last night shift for a couple of weeks actually. Should be a nice break.
Tomorrow I am going to do cardio and weights. I am going to start working UB 3x a week so tomorrow will probably be UB.Its suppose tp be a nice day tomorrow so I may take my run outside.
I got really hot earlier, the cold I guess, and I took my sweater off. One of my co-workers couldn't beleive my arms and he wanted me to flex for him,which I didn't do.;) They must be more toned then I think they are. I am also trying to get into the habit of eating protein shakes after me workouts.

Lori-You should try BFL.Its a great program.I am trying to follow those guidleines as well but when I have worked night shifts and I haven't eaten much all day, I tend to have alittle pick at something not so healthy.

One month before we start posting pics.I hope I am not going to be alone! I want to see some fab bods!
