Summer Fitness Challenge April 11-17

Hi Gals,
I did Imax 3 and CTX Bic,Tri and Shoul. I found the workout very difficult today. It probably didn't help much that I worked a night shift last night but I seemed really weak but I kept on truck'in. I also wanted to throw up at time when doing Imax 3.
Tomorrow I am going to do a little run (30 min)and the rest of CTX UB. I think I will be sleeping in longer tomorrow b/c I won't get to nap much tonight:-(

Hi everyone:

Did KM today. So I have 2 weeks with 3 workouts. It's school vacation week and I'm taking 2 days off so I should be able to get 4 in. Goal to do 2 weeks and 4 and then up it to 5.

Diana that's great on the running.

Lori- I just got 3 DVD (LM, KM , Imax 3) I plan on doing Imax3.. gosh it sounds tough... hope you get a good sleep

Robyn-Imax 3 is hard but I still think Imax is the hardest (the first one) I still haven't done KM yet. I am not a kickboxing fan. Maybe some day I will want to do it.

I am just getting up and on the go. I have to work again tonight (my last one, thank God).DH is going away tomorrow so it will be cleaning time tomorrow. I always find it easier to have a cleaner house when he is gone. I don't know why.He doesn't make that big of a mess but he does do his share, no dount about it.
I am going to go for a run now (I should go outside but I am going to take the in door route)just a short one and then CTX chest and back and some abs. I have been really meaning to get PS Legs floor work done this week but I just haven't gotten around to it. If I had it on DVD I would have had it done long ago. But I own it on VHS so you know what that means.....waiting,waiting and more waiting!

Hi Everyone,

For some reason I just wasn't feeling up to working out today. I did A-jock mish mosh yesterday, it was great. I somehow managed to force myself to do Coremax #3 and GS Legs, skipping the calf work. At least that was something. My weekly WI is tomorrow so I really feel like I should have done some cardio, oh well. It is TOM so that must have something to do with it.

I am sooooo lazy. No workout yesterday, none so far today either. I went shopping all day. I just had a big dinner. I am running or doing something. I will check in later. :)

I guess we are starting a new week tomorrow? I did my workout to day and again I found it tough! I guess the night shifts are taking more of a toll on me then I thought they were.I did a 40 min run and CTX Chest and Back.I found the weight work hard b/c my triceps were sore from yesterday workout.
Tomorrow I think I am going to do Legs (GS) and LM. Should be a good leg burner!
