Suicides

Maybe this was my blonde moment last week but here it goes. I finally got to see one of my DS soccer practices. Coach had them doing some various drills & all of the sudden he says to do "suicides". I watched & was like "Hey!! I know those" Of course I felt Cathe's were much tougher with the weights! Those kids should try a Cathe WO for practice one day!!

My DD's soccer coach makes them do suicides too! It is one of my favorite drills in 4DS Bootcamp

Ohhhhh that word brings back memories.... I played basketball through college and I can't tell you how many suicides I have done in my life.... I laugh when my boys have to do them on the length of the football field... a different scale vs a basketball court.....

I love suicides!! I do them in my backyard all the time. I like to add weights (like Cathe does in 4DS) or with kettlebells.

Thank you Monica, so is yours. The puppy isn't actually Maynard but one of his puppies. I didn't have one of Maynard to put up.
