Hi all. I thought I posted a message last night but don't see it, so am trying again! My vids and High Step just arrived. I'm a "newbie" to Cathe but have seen some of her shows on FitTV. No my big dilemna - WHERE TO START!! I have the 3 DVDs that came with the High Step (I got the package), Gym Style Series, MuscleMax, CoreMax, Slow & Heavy... now I'm just waiting for the DynaBands I ordered from Amazon. I want to get started but alot of the DVDs call for a band. Can I do the workouts without one while I wait? Also, any suggestions on where to start and how you folks out there rotate them? Of course, I'm the compulsive sort so couldn't just order ONE DVD - had to order a bunch of them to overwhelm myself. Thanks for any suggestions!

You just can't go wrong with just about any of the Cathe videos and most on this forum will tell you the same. It sounds as if you have a good start with a few of the strength workouts. If you are looking to add some more, you might want to consider some cardio workouts. Do you like kickboxing? Try KPC. Or do you enjoy step more and have a stepper? Try IMAX 2 or IMAX3. Watch the clips, look at reviews and like I said, you just can't go wrong. They are all good!!
You can always use the workouts now and skip over the dyna-band portions or sub with another exercise until your bands come in.

Thanks! I actually dont have alot of room for most of her cardio dvds and usually use treadclimber, walk or run outside for cardio. I did Slow and Heavy just the legs this morning... man oh man... I've never lifted slow like that. I'm gonna do the shoulders part tomorrow. I've slacked on the weight training stuff for a while - mostly using my TotalGym (which is an awesome workout) full body workout - and then tried to stomach doing Jari Loves Ripped series but she is just to deadpan - too boring - and Cathe is much more motivational.

The bands came today - I think I ordered the wrong ones - only the 3' ones ... oops. I'll see how they work out and if they don't feel right, I'll send them back and get some at Sports Authority.

Look forward to chatting with folks and learning/sharing experiences!!!

Look forward to NOT being able to walk right tomorrow too!
