o.k. everyone, i know someone out there will have some help for me! what is a really good exercise that i can do at home for really nice thigh definition? i have done squats, lunges, you name it and can't seem to get that nice cut look. i don't know if it's genetics or what (or an extra day of cardio?) but does anyone have a tip? thanks in advance.
