Suggestions on Interval Training Rotation Please?

I am looking to incorporate interval training and circuit training to get me off of a long, long plateau, both weight wise and inch wise. I have heard interval training is a good way to get things moving again. Can someone give me feedback on my tentative rotation:

M – IMAX
T – SJP
W – Rest
Th – IMAX2
Fr – Circuit Max
Sat – Muscle Endurance
Sunday – KPC or rest depending on how I feel

I’ve got 2 circuit training workouts in here I believe (SJP and Circuit Max). Would that be too much with the 2 interval training workouts?
