Suggestions on a simple step routine

Need a bit of help here.

My 16-yr old DD has been doing some of Cathe's workouts - mainly some upper body and KPC. She wants to start some step workouts.

I don't have Cathe's real early stuff. Any recommendations for a good step workout? She is very physically fit but can't start with intricate footwork right now.

Any suggestions - maybe even a premix, etc.?
 
I second the basic step and with it you get body fusion which is also pretty simple and it comes with upper and lower body wt workouts that use hand wts and resistance bands and the ab work with the stability ball.
 
I third Basic Step and Body Fusion! There is also a Low impact step that is very good for begginers!

I started with the three of those workouts...
