Suggestions for Cathe Workout Manager

Just a quick suggestion - the Workout Manager program does not include the ability to track other types of workouts i.e. golf (walking and pulling clubs), or tennis or other sports related workouts (at least not as far as I could see). Is it possible to have this included. I like to track these types of workouts as well.

Also, is there any way that we could literally download a workout sheet for Cathe's DVDs that lists all of the exercises on it, with space allocated to track weight/reps etc.? Right now I am trying to remember all of the specific exercises when I create a 'workout' on the program and my old memory is not working so well.

Just a few suggestions based on my usage of the program (just signed up and two days into it). Must say I really like the food tracking - really eye opening to see the nutritional components broken down so well.

Hi Sandy!

Welcome! www.fitfig.com has an excel spreadsheet of all Cathe's weight workouts that shows the exercises, Cathe's benchmarks and leaves space for your weight. That should help you with that! I use them and they're fabulous! Go to the website, click on "Tools" and it's the second one down!

Happy exercising!

The Workout Manager already list all of the sports activities you are interested in. You just have to first select "Cardio" in the dropdown list and then select "sport" and then in the last dropdown select the sport activity you are interested in
