Hi
I am a intermediate exerciser. I will have a month off from graduate school and will have alot of free time. I wanted to kick my fitness into gear. I usually do 45 minutes of cardio or strength 5-6 times a week. I currently have about 30 pounds to lose. Any suggestions for kicking up by adding more time??
I currently own
all the begin/intermedi DVDs (can do these easily)
Timesaver
All the CTX
Low Max
all pure strength
maxim intensity strenght
cardio and weights
muscle endurance
***haven't done all these yet--trying to work up to
i also have various hi/lo cardio, yoga, pilates and step DVD
