Suggestion/REquest for kickboxing cardio on new wkouts

Cathe,
You mentioned that you will do some kickboxing for the cardio section of the bootcamp workout (yey!!). I'd like to suggest putting in some more elbow strikes (which work the rear shoulder and upper back like none of the other strikes do) and read kicks (which work the rear quite nicely).
 
Cathe...whatever you do...please don't use so much space as you did for Cardio Kicks. First, I don't have THAT MUCH space, and second...I hate going round and round and round....in squares or whatever. I feel so silly and it is a waste of time, I think.

After doing Circuit Max this morning, I was reminded of some of my other favorite KB moves from your vids: the "scoot side with a speed bag and a punch, then scoot back" (well, probably not the technical term!).
