I love Drill Max, and for the most part I can do it even with my wrist injury. I've found a great sub for the squat thrusts that gets my heart rate up (jumping on or over the step a bunch of times), but I can't figure out what to do for the ball segment. Handling the ball bothers my wrist. It's also my least favorite of the drills. Does anyone else sub on this drill for any reason? What do you do?
