suggestion for next sts

I don't know if you will be doing another STS series, like an add on, but if you do, I would love it if there were 2 extra stretch workout at the end. One focusing on upper body, and the other lower body and perhaps a 3rd, with a combo. of both.
Sometimes I am in a hurry and just want to stretch my upper body or lower body, so I grab a tape that is just upper or lower after an STS workout and do stretches from a different tape.
Just a thought.

I love that idea as well (even if it's not a specific STS workout), especially the upper/lower body split for stretching.
