Suggestion for Kickboxing Rotation

Any of you ladies have kickboxing only roation to share?

I had been not working out for about 3 months. I just started yesterday. I had knee problems and stress fracture in my foot. I finally can get back to workout! I still wanted to run, however, this time I am going to do it very gradually. I planned to use kickboxing to beef up my aerobic ability.

I have Cathe's CTX, KPC & Bootcamp, and KM. Of course, I have most of Cathe's other dvds. I just bought TJs regular package and pre order TLP new series.
