Suggesting more floor cardio with no step

I just wanted to let Cathe and her group know that I would love to have more floor cardio work without a step. Low would be great or a mixture of low and high. Similar to the moves in the Jump portion of Step, Jump and Pump. I also enjoy the cardio in Cardio Kicks. My main issue is that my knees just can't take bench all the time anymore. Thanks!
 
I agree! I would love for Cathe to create more non-step floor cardio workouts. I really love how she mixed plyometrics in the cardio portion of "Cardio Kicks". The cardio portions of "Step, Jump & Pump" were great!
