Suggested Rotations please!

Hi Everyone

I've just gone and ordered BC/ME, SJP/SB & PUB/PUL to add to CTX & Imax2/C&W.

Looking for rotation suggestions for 5 days/wk + 1 day (30mins). I'm looking to drop 14lbs (& tone up) and really add some lean muscle/definition so any suggestions would be a great help.
