(forgive my one hand typing) open to ideas or cathe videos for some no impact/no right arm exercises to do. i'm in my second week of recovery from rotator cuff surgery. i'm using ice/compression and a motorized chair. i use the chair an hour at a time 3 to 4 hours a day and ice 1/2 hour 3 to 4 hours a day and i'm getting a back ache from lack of total body workn outs. i am walking 3 miles every other day but it's so boring. what have others done to get through this ???
