Good morning Sugarless Mamas!
Jen-So sorry to hear that sickness has hit your house again. Your dinner sounded delic
. I really liked CLX Extreme Abs. I thought it moved well (I hate time spent explaining moves during any workout) and was fairly challenging
Nice to see I'm not the only one who was suddenly wanting sugar when it was off limits! Today I am definitely making the firm commitment to say no. I slipped a little here and there and feel all puffy from it. I also noticed something with pasta---I've really been cutting down on the carbs I get from bread, pasta, and crackers (though they were all whole wheat). Well, I had pasta yesterday for lunch, and I just felt like crap the rest of the day, including extra puffy through my midsection. I think I need to stick with my protein/veggie focused meals.
I didn't get the walk in, as my dad stopped by to do some work in our kitchen. It was a good reason to miss the walk. He was removing some cabinets that need modified to fit a new refrigerator. He's also helping DH refloor the kitchen this week, so I welcomed him coming to plan it all out!
It may take me all morning to get my workout in today, as DH isn't able to take Reese. I have P90x Shoulders, Tri, Chest as a MUST and a short treadmill run tacked on if Reese allows. I still can't seem to give up the P90x. Maybe I'll just push through this one rotation and then take a break with lighter lifting to see how my joints respond.
I have my 6week check up today. I'm going to talk to her about Reglan and birth control options. I was thinking about an IUD...maybe Paragard?? I CANNOT, I repeat CANNOT, get pregnant. We're either done having kids or won't be having another until Caden is in kindergarten. We don't have another bedroom, and I can't afford 3 in day care. This birth control has to work! Then again, DH and I already practice the ultimate birth control: abstinence.
all for now
