I'm not sure what is wrong, but I have suddenly lost strength in my chest and tricep muscles. I am not even lifting as aggressively as I have in the past. I have been doing a rotation of Upper Body Pyramid 1x a wk, and Circuit Max once a week. I noticed it slightly last week , but this week it was unbelievable. It wasn't like I couldn't push past the point, it was like a complete loss..I had to put the weights down. The first thing I thought was to rest by not lifting for one week, but even when I do yoga I notice it in updog/pushups. I've been researching online but can't seem to find an answer. Do you know what is happening??
