Substitutions for July 03 fat loss/definition rotation

I printed this rotation of the index of Cathe's rotation someone posted. I need to know if the substitutions I need to make are the same type of w/o since I don't have all these w/o's.

Don't have substitute
CTX Upper Body PUB, premixes off Gym Styles
Leaner Legs PLB
Step Fit Step Heat, Step Jam, Mega Step Blast
Cardio Kicks KickMax
Power Hour ME
Circuit Max w/o off Terminator or HCXtreme
Strong Legs and Abs Entirety of PLB or premix with
(is this a off CTX Express?) traditional ab w/o

Thanks for anyone who would look at this for me and let me know if these substitutions are adequate. This rotation looks brutal though.
 
I know above looks confusing... I actually made columns for Don't have and Substitute but it doesn't look like my spaces were put in.
 
Hi! I am doing this rotation also and I am loving it. From what I can see of your substitutions, they all look fine. I have Leaner Legs and PLB is a great sub for that, also PUB is a great sub for CTX Upper body. Good Luck and have fun!! Sandy
 
Thanks steppermama, I appreciate it. I think I'll start this on Monday and try to adhere to a rotation for July. I really haven't tried a rotation yet.
