Substitution fro Kick Max drills?

I have lots of Cathe DVDs, but I don't have Kick Max. I am doing the August Rotation and just substituted some other lower body stuff I hadn't done in a while for the Kick Max sculpting drills on Wednesday. But I'd like to ask for suggestions for the Kick Max high intemsity drills that are on tap for next Thursday. Any Suggestions?

(P. S. My kids really got a laugh out of the 400 walking lunges I was doing up and down our driveway this morning! :D )
 
A few suggestions:

Cardio Kicks power drills (~15 minutes)

CTX 10-10-10 hi/lo segment

KPC hi-intensity segment (immediately follows warm-up)

If you're really into punishment, do the Boot Camp cardio only premix; yes, yes I know you do the workout as produced twice back-to-back earlier in the week, but this IS the AUGUST ROTATION, after all.

MIC hi/lo beginning 18:40 minutes into the workout

Thanks so much for the suggestions! I think I will try either the Boot Camp Cardio Premix. Or maybe the MIC hi/lo if I chicken out....

I might also suggest doing just the blasts from any of the IMAX's. Those drills are killer cardio - very high intensity, like the blasts from the IMAXs.
