I love that I found Cathe on FitTV I'm addicted, I don't own a barbel so I've been substituting dumbels for squats, deadlifts,rows, so on, until I can purchase my additional weights, I figured doing something is better than nothing & keeping an eye on form. I hope to get my barbel soon. Everyone wants to know what I've been doing to my body since my muscles are becoming so defined. I've been alternating workouts, Kick, Punch & Crunch, Boot Camp, Muscle Endurance, Legs & Glutes and Push & Pull, CoreMax & StretchMax...I've been working out since I was 17, my birthday is next week I'll be 48, everyone thinks I'm in my late 30s, I use to be a size 16, I'm a size 2, no need to go to a gym. I work at home so I take my break & go work out in the other room....Thank you so much Cathe, I've always wanted to be a Certified Personal Trainer and worked out in a gym, I have worked in a small women's gym, I have finally taken the steps to follow my passion & am studying for my certification, thank you for motivating me again.
