What Cathe upper body workout would you substitute? I don't have CTX and am not planning on getting it, but I do try to follow Cathe's rotations and CTX upper comes up a lot.
I was thinking....all the upper body work of Bodyblast plus the extra footage on the timesaver DVD.
Or maybe all the upper work of Muscle endurance and bootcamp?
I have all the intensity series, bodyblast series, MIC, P/S, Circuit max and Bodymax.
