Would that be the best substitution for Cardio Kicks? I have CTX, MIC, Boot Camp, Terminator..... I figured I'd do Powerstrike and tac on CTX kickbox? What do you think?
Im with you guys on that one.I love Cathes videos but I don't like her kick boxing ones.I do powerstike in place of it as well.I did it the other day for the first time in a while and boy was I ever sore the next day! I could barely move my arms!
