Substitute for MIC?

I'm (finally) trying Catheès january rotation, and I discovered this morning when I wanted to do Bodymax, that my DVD player will no longer read that DVD. I did the gauntlet instead, and now am looking for suggestions on what I can sub in for MIC. I thought about doing the step and hi lo premix combo from step jump and pump...if I do the 60 min version, will this match the intensity of MIC? Or, should I go for broke and do the 90 min premix?

Or if anyone has any other suggestions, I'd love to hear them. I have everything Cathe has ever made.

I think the cardio portion of MIC is like 58 min, hi/lo and then step. I think the 60 min premix would come close although there aren't any blasts or intervals like the last few in MIC...try the 60 and if you are feeling good go for 90....I am obsessive about cardio any way...:)...Carole
 
There's nothing really exact, but either Imax Extreme or the SJP/SB premix that does all of SB then all the hi/lo only from SJP (90 Min) would be my choices. I wish I knew what that one is called. My substitute for MIC is to run 8 miles!

I've been doing IMAX2 and adding on the cardio only of BC
sometimes. That might come close to MIC I guess.

Thanks for all the suggestions: I ended up doing MIC (I thought that disk was not working, but it was). Whoa-it's been a while since I did the whole thing. I did it this morning at about 9:00, anbd now at almost 4:00 PM, the fatigue in my legs is unvbelieveable! You gotta love Cathe for intensity.

I will be doing step jump and pump tomorrow and next time MIC comes up in a rotation, will try the 90 min combo as Mogambo suggested,
