I was wondering what everyone recommends in place of the hardcore workouts? I don't have them yet, but would like to do the April rotation. I have most all of Cathe's other workouts. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Hi Michelle, You can substitute IMAX 3 with IMAX 1 or 2. You can substitute Kixckmax with cardio kicks,KPC or mixing the Kickbox of CTX with the segment of kickbox in the other CTX workouts. You can substitute HSC with the high step training or bootcamp. You can substitute the GS workouts withthe S & H series. Substitute Low Max with rhytmic step or step blast skiping the blasts. You can substitute MM with muscule endurance. You can substitute core max with the abs hits dvd and stretch max with another stretch workout of another instructor.Hope this helps.
