Subs.4 BodyMax,Stepworks,LIS.

Hey ladies,

I want to try the butts and gutts rotation and want to know if you ladies have any suggestions on substitutions on these workouts.

I have bodymax but do not like it. And I don't have stepworks or LIS.

Hi Kim,

I'm not sure what you do have, but a good sub for BodyMax is:
CTX All-step (skip cool-down)
CTX Power Circuit (skip warm up)
ME Upper body premix, plus abs and stretch.

Or, just do a thorough circuit workout that you do enjoy, and that hits all the body parts well (eg., Cardio and Weights, followed by the standing leg work from PLB).

For Stepworks, do a 60 minute steady-state step workout of your choice.

For LIS, do LowMax w/u, intervals 1-3, c/d and stretch.
