Sub for MIC

I was looking over the January rotation and need a good sub for this one. I have SJP but it is listed as being in the same week. I have no clue what MIC is like.

I have :
Body Blast and Time Saver
Intensities ( no compilations )
PS
Pyramid
CTX
S&H
BMax
PMax
CMax DVD
RS
PH
 
MIC is maximun intensity cardio.It has a hard hi/low 35 minutes and 30 minutes of step. To substitute the hi/low you can uses the hi/low of Circuit Max and the cardio of bootcamp. To substitute the step you can 30 minutes of BB or RS. There are lot of options. For example you can do the intervals 5 -10 of IMAX 2 or CTX if you want to substitute the hi/low of MIC. Enjoy.

I have MIC but am not as fond of it but I love SJP. I usually just sub the Hi/Lo from SJP with some of SB (not as fond of the step from SPJ). This is longer than MIC; if time is short, I just shorten the SB portion (cannot remember if there is a short premix). Hope this helps:D

I did this rotation a couple of months ago. I think next week Cathe tells you to do Circuit Max followed by CTX Step & Intervals. This is comparable to MIC in intensity, duration, and by including a mix of floor and step. It also ends in a blast-type fashion, which is what MIC does, as well. I recommend you do that :)

I was looking at that and thought she must have been kidding. CMax all by itself wipes the floor with me. I'm still in awe of people who can combine the CTX cardios. I look like a drowned rat after just one. Those power 7s and 15s get me. So tonight I tried the 85 minute SB and SJP Premix and survived it. But now I need a sub for SJP ... so the cycle continues! I may just run to give myself a break from stepping and circuit work though. When she started with the 7 low end lunges in SJP ... I started to call her names. Cathe can really fry legs.
 
How about the cardio from 10-10-10 and then the cardio from All Step???

Or...if you have the DVD's for Body Blast, there are some long premixes in there that will give you over an hour of intense cardio.

Melissa, I'm beginning to think you are a wimp. What? You are dissing my two all time favorite workouts, MIC AND Leaner Legs? What is wrong with you?!!!!
